Cancellation Policy
You have the option to cancel and reschedule within 24 hours and if you do I will hold the fee as credit . If you miss the 24 hour period the cancellation fee is NON REFUNDABLE. I have a 10 minute grace period. If I have been contacted and know you are in route. After the 10 minutes I will charge the 50% cancellation fee. For all no-shows you will be charged 75% as well and will not be able to book with me.
For Sip in Spa Questions Please contact me. A DEPOSIT IS NOW REQUIRED TO CONFIRM BOOKING!!!! After seeing me 3 times you will be considered a regular and will not have to make a deposit!
Deposits is as follows $10 for anything $20 to $65
$20 for anything $66 to $95
Lastly $45 for anything $96 and up
This will go towards your Service.

My HOURS are Monday - Friday 9:30 to 6pm If you need to schedule outside of these hours there will be a $25 convenience fee unless you are a VIP Client of mine.
